# Best WPBakery Page Builder Settings

Follow these steps to enable WPBakery Page Builder for all post types in WordPress:

* **Install & Activate the Plugin**\
  Go to **Appearance > Install Plugins** and install/activate the WPBakery Page Builder.
* **Configure Role Manager**\
  Navigate to **WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager** and select the content types where you want to enable the Page Builder during post/page creation and editing.

#### Important Notes

* **WordPress 5.x and Gutenberg**\
  Since WordPress 5.x comes with **Gutenberg** as the default editor, we recommend disabling Gutenberg and using **WPBakery Page Builder** instead, as it provides more advanced page-building features.
* **Editor Mode**\
  We recommend using the **Backend Editor** of WPBakery Page Builder for a more streamlined editing experience.
